Withdrawal rules

First, there are withdrawal rules when withdrawing money from your account. Please note that if you do not comply with this, your withdrawal will be refused.

Same method up to the same amount as the deposit amount

IronFX takes measures to prevent money laundering. For that reason, you must withdraw using the same method you chose when depositing. In other words, if you deposit with a credit card, you will need to withdraw up to the same amount with a credit card. You can freely choose to withdraw your profits.

Violation of terms

If you act in a way that causes trouble to the administrator or to other users, your account may be frozen. In this case, your deposits and withdrawals will be stopped because you are violating the terms in the first place. First of all, you need to negotiate with the support center and have them unfreeze you.

Withdrawal priority

IronFX has various withdrawal methods, but there is a priority order. Credit cards always have priority when making withdrawals. Otherwise, the next priority will be given to the next priority, so if you deposited money with a credit card, you must first withdraw the money with a credit card.

To date, there have been no withdrawal refusals at IronFX. We have never refused withdrawals for reasons other than violation of terms and conditions. Therefore, please assume that there is no problem for now.

Is there a withdrawal refusal?

Withdrawals will be refused only if you commit a violation or choose a withdrawal method that ignores the withdrawal rules.

I don’t know my bank’s Swift code

Swift code is required for bank transfers. So please ask your bank. However, there are countries such as Russia and North Korea that have been excluded from the world, so it is possible that some countries do not have the Swift code themselves.

Will the money be withdrawn immediately?

Unfortunately, when processing a withdrawal, it cannot be reflected immediately like a deposit. In some cases, it took at least a few days to up to a month. If you are unsure, please contact the support center.

If the holder is different

If the name registered on IronFX is different from the name registered on the bank, credit card, etc., withdrawals will be stopped. Please be sure to confirm in advance that the name is the same as the one in question, as the request will be rejected.

In the case of virtual currency remittance, I sent the remittance to the wrong destination.

In the worst case scenario, if you send virtual currency to the wrong recipient, you may lose the funds you sent. Please contact the support center first.
